Saskia's most important classical dressage trainer studied with Egon von
Neindorff. In modern dressage she studied extensively with Penny
Zavits (Canada), Johan Rockx (Holland), and Susan Dunckley (Bermuda).
Additionally, she participated in training sessions and clinics with
Eddy de Wolff van Westerrode, Monica Theorodescu, Isabell Werth, and
Tinneke Bartels.
I admit, I'm a horse addict...
In twenty years of studying horses I have made a lot of mistakes, but fortunately I had the best professors in the world: all the wonderful horses that patiently tried to teach me how to play, work, train and have fun all the while. These beautiful animals each have a unique character and thanks to my equine teachers, I realized that horses have beautiful minds, dignified spirits and big big hearts... Unfortunately many people don't understand this and unknowingly abuse this beautiful quality the have! That's why now I try to play, ride, train and teach with respect for these amazing and noble creatures, where fun for both human and horse are my priority.
My dream is to teach people that they can be great dressage riders, with respect for the horses,
and with respect for nature!
